We are a nonprofit team driven by a mission to support women in tech. In recent years, the tech industry has faced waves of layoffs, making job hunting increasingly difficult—especially for recent graduates with little experience. For women, who are already underrepresented in the industry, breaking in has become even more challenging. That’s why we created this platform. Leveraging the power of AI and the rise of large language models, we provide free AI-driven mock interviews to help women practice and build confidence. Additionally, we’ve invited experienced engineers from the industry to serve as free mentors, offering guidance, resume reviews, and career advice. Our goal is to create an inclusive, supportive space where women can grow, prepare, and thrive in the tech world.
